Well the two Masters program are entirely different from one another and cannot be compared as the vision of the two courses are distinctively parallel.
MBA will educate you about the Management field and the course should be opted only if you are not keen to continue with the Pharmacy (technically), instead plans to pursue a career in management.
Pharmacy is an obvious choice on the basis of your prior education, and this education shall open doors to various career opportunities in the Pharm and related field. You may opt for either of the two on the basis of your interest and career aspirations.

1) Have a 4 year degree with a recommended percentage of 70% and above.
2) GMAT: You would have to take the GMAT test and target a minimum score of 600+ if you want to study in a decent university
3) IELTS: You would have to take the IELTS and target a minimum score of 6.5 and above.
4) Apart from the above mentioned factors, you would also require work experience of atleast 2 years and above. If you do not have work experience, you would not have many options to apply to in Canada.

There is nothing better than full time MBA from a decent Institute. I would suggest you to prepare for Various Entrance Examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT etc. and plan for your full time MBA. As very little time left for this years Entrances, I would suggest you to give some time to your preparation and appear for it next year.
