Admission Procedure for MCA:
Minimum Qualification - Any student who has passed 10+2 with mathematics and graduation course in any stream with 50% marks without any approximation (45% for SC/ST/OBC Candidates) are eligible for admission. Students ,other than Rajasthan domicile, may for apply management quota seats.

As you have completed B.pharma, you need to complete your M.Pharma first, in order to be eligible for admission in Phd.
In order to pursue M.Pharma in US and Canada, you need to have:
16 years of education, with good academic background preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
Universities in US and Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year, namely:
Fall(August)
Spring(January)

Well technically speaking , yes PGDBA is equivalent to MBA except for the fact that if you will go for Phd afterwards, you wont be eligible for it with PGDBA, but with MBA you can apply and get Phd. Amongst these, the best university is Symbiosis: a brand name known all over the world as Symbiosis international university. Also it has good corporate interactions and placement assistance system.

If you are asking from relevance perspective, then i would say an MBA or PG Diploma in Operations or SCM would be better as its the core part of production process i.e. production process, how much to produce, inventory backup etc.
On the other hand, speaking absolutely MBA or PG Diploma in IB is also great. You may carry chances for working abroad. And especially in current economic situations, IB is most important and demanding.
