1)Asian School of Cyber Laws It offer various diploma programs in Cyber laws in collaboration with Govt Law College, Mumbai. Fees from Rs. 3600-1,14,000/- (Diploma to PG level program)
2)IGNOU also offerPG Diploma in Cyber Laws
3)IMT , offer 2 years MS Degree In Cyber Law and Security.
Eligibility is 10+2 for Diploma and Graduation for PG and Master Degree program for Cyber Laws.

You must update yourself with recent trends and news related to companies and different norms and rules. The communication skills are also important to have a successful career as a Company Secretary.
You must be able to express your ideas and know how freely and clearly. The preparation for CS course is not a hectic task. Prepare notes for the exam based on the syllabus. It is important that you develop conceptual knowledge base in the subject matters. The writing skills will also have to be improved, as it has a major role in this course.
