Hi,
Please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in universities abroad as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission however please make sure by the time you apply for admission you do not have any more backlogs and all the pending backlogs are cleared.
However please remember with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to pursue masters degree from Canada you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)

Hi,
Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
As a SC candidate, you may be eligible for age relaxation and also percentage limit. It will be 45% in your case.
