Please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in universities abroad as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission however please make sure by the time you apply for admission you do not have any more backlogs and all the pending backlogs are cleared.
However please remember with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree as in order to pursue masters degree from Canada you need to have 16 years of education i.e (10+2+4)
Besides UK, Australia and New Zealand also accepts 15 years of education for admission in their masters program.
As per your profile you may consider pursuing:
- MBA.
- Msc in management.
- Msc in HR.
- Msc in marketing, etc.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, Australia and New Zealand you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
So, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for some years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA from good universities abroad.
However, if you do not wish to work and continue with your studies in that case you may consider pursuing Msc in management from universities in UK as work experience is not a mandatory eligibility criteria to get admission in Msc program.
