As per your query it seems that you wish to get jobs abroad and settle there itself, so regarding this please remember there is no particular course available that can guarantee you job or residency in foreign country.
More over for a fresher it is very difficult to get job abroad, so as per per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and simultaneously look for a job abroad.
