M.Phil is a one year course, minimum eligibility for which is a M.Com. Commerce.
It consists of a broad range of interdisciplinary branches such as Marketing, Finance, E-Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration and Economics. Subjects studied under this degree are Research Methodology and Advanced Financial Management etc.

More over for a fresher it is very difficult to get job abroad, so as per per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and simultaneously look for a job abroad.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and various job portals like naukri.com and naukrigulf.com.
