The CFA Program is a professional credential offered by the CFA Institute. CFA designation became a gold standard for the global finance industry. Most Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) graduates receive offers for challenging professions positions with attractive salaries. The jobs focus on analyst type positions such as insurance, fund risk, quantitative measure, modeling, liquidity and derivatives.
Duration- Completing the CFA Program exams can take as little as 18 months, but on average, it takes about four years to earn a CFA charter.
Eligibility-
Candidates who wish to become a CFA charter holder are required to have graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Those who are in final year of graduation and awaiting results are also eligible to register for this course. Candidates who have a minimum of three to four year experience will be given preference. Candidates should have good written communication skill in English Language. In addition to this, candidates are required to have a valid passport as well.

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.

The B.Com. programme provides a good knowledge base for a range of careers. These are broadly of two types:
Those in business and finance such as CA, company secretaryship (CS), cost and works accountants (ICWA), banking.
Others, including or related to Finance, Law, Mass Communication, Hotel Management, etc.
A commerce education can lead to jobs with corporations and banks as investment bankers, managers, financial consultants, accountants, advisers etc. Accountancy is key in this field and if you are good with numbers, you can excel as a CA. Even if you have not cleared the PCC. you can still get into finance-related careers through programmes such as ICWA and CS.
You may even consider diplomas in banking and finance, treasury management and financial planning offered by a number of institutes.
Commerce graduates can also take competitive examinations for recruitment to the civil services, including the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Economic Services and others.
After B.Com, you may also do an MBA, even if it is a correspondence programme, as long as it is from a recognized university. If you are interested in non-finance courses, there are number of diplomas available in fields such as mass communication, event management, and travel and tourism. As per your query it seems that you wish to get jobs abroad and settle there itself, so regarding this please remember there is no particular course available that can guarantee you job or residency in foreign country.
More over for a fresher it is very difficult to get job abroad, so as per per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and simultaneously look for a job abroad.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and various job portals like naukri.com and naukrigulf.com.
Both of these medium provides information about vacant job position and eligibility criteria for a particular job.
If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then you may apply for the job.
If you are selected then the company will issue a offer/appointment letter and sponsorship letter, and on the basis of this you can apply for VISA.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to upload your current CV on various job portals by this you will receive notifications regarding various job openings as per your profile, plus you should also read news papers regularly so that you may not miss on any current job opening.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. M.Tech for career in technical field.
2. MBA for career in management field.
