Hi Anoop, let me congratulate you for choosing Human Rights as your main subject in MA. You know what, those who work in NGOs/ who are associated with NGOs know how vital it is to have a person with this qualification. If you choose to do the course through correspondence, its absolutely fine, but , to substantiate, join any NGO as a volunteer or a coordinator. This will help you in learning theory and putting into practice. The pay pack in any NGO for a beginner would be less when compared to other sectors but as you put on enough experience say 4-5 years there is every chance that you'll earn in par with middle managements of any MNC

Hi Kavita,
Fee structures highly depend on the course you intent to pursue and without knowing the course details, it is not possible to provide any accurate information but then definitely a Distance course is much more economical as compared to any regular course.
As for a free of cost course that you are looking for, there are rarely any such degree (distance) offering institutes.
All the best!

And to attain that they plan to opt for comfortable and scoring subjects. There is a big list of optional subjects to choose from and they choose according to the personal interest and attributes.
