Although Advisable is that you should go for a full time EMBA programme as it always will have a better standing in the job market, but if yu can not go for a full time course then go ahead and do a Part time or a distance learning programme, as you already have good amount of work experience even Distance learning from a decent institute like IGNOU, SCDL etc. will be of great use in boosting your career and going to the next level of Management.

Hi,
GMAT is a exam, which need to be taken by all the students who wish to pursue MBA from universities in US.Business schools use the test as a criterion for admission into graduate business administration and related programs.
This test is of 800 marks, and all the good universities require a GMAT score of 500-600 plus, for admission in their MBA program.
TOEFL is a exam which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
There are many good coaching institutes now days offering specialized coaching for these tests, so you can join any of the best coaching institutes in your city for the preparation of this exam.

Hi Anoop, let me congratulate you for choosing Human Rights as your main subject in MA. You know what, those who work in NGOs/ who are associated with NGOs know how vital it is to have a person with this qualification. If you choose to do the course through correspondence, its absolutely fine, but , to substantiate, join any NGO as a volunteer or a coordinator. This will help you in learning theory and putting into practice. The pay pack in any NGO for a beginner would be less when compared to other sectors but as you put on enough experience say 4-5 years there is every chance that you'll earn in par with middle managements of any MNCs. Having the ability to reach out to people, ability to see the problem even before it spells out and good command on the legal provisions related to Human Rights commission(NHRC) will be an added advantage.

Hi Arnav, for your query I would say that generally aspirant's main motive is to gain complete knowledge, prepare well and clear the exam. And to attain that they plan to opt for comfortable and scoring subjects. There is a big list of optional subjects to choose from and they choose according to the personal interest and attributes.
