If you are looking for a switch to marketing than you can go for sales kind of role in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance company. You can even target relationship management kind of role. Getting into FMCG companies as Product/Brand/Sales Manager will be difficult. National Eligibility Test (NET) which is conducted for the selection of talented candidates who want to pursue their career in the fields of research & lecturership.
Earlier, the University Grants Commission used to conduct the exam, but since 2015, CBSE is conducting the NET exam on the behalf of UGC.
