To seek admission into IIM-B you need to score at least 50% marks at graduation exam and must get 98+ percentile score at CAT. You also need to perform well at the personal Interview (PI). However, the percentile required will depend a lot on the score of other students as well.

Class 10th and 12th percentage do matter as the top institutes like IIMs do check the overall profile of a candidate. If you have a valid reason like extracurricular or other certificate courses to defend your point of scoring less in academics than you can crack the interview and get selected.
Firstly, you need to score good in graduation and secondly score in the entrance examination. Doing so you have high chances of getting good colleges.
Hope it helps.

Hi Ishu,
I am sure there are because financial aid is available in all colleges and universities abroad. They are mainly given on a merit-based system. You have to check these on specific college websites an learn about it. It is difficult to mention names of colleges here because you have not mentioned any particular course choice and what you mean by abroad. Abroad can be any country.

Pritesh don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. Hi,
Scholarships are commonly awarded on merit basis. The better your profile i.e. high academic grades, extracurricular activities, etc. higher are the chances of obtaining a scholarship. Various resources could also be checked like British Council for UK and Fullbright Nehru Scholarships for USA. You can visit the websites for details.

NIBM gives a call based on the CAT/CMAT/MAT (February) scores. Last year, cutoff for CAT was 80percentile, CMAT 93percentile. You can expect similar or higher cut off this year. As this time, NIBM is considering MAT exam, we cannot predict MAT cut off.
