Some of the best universities in USA for computer science are:
MIT
Cal Tech
Georgia Tech
UC Berkeley
Carnegie Mellon
UPenn
UCLA
UT Austin and so on.
Check if they accept three year Bachelor's degree, most of them do not.

Which computer course do you want to enroll in? If your computer course of 2-3 month duration or is it a 6 months course? If it is then it's fine but if it's a degree course then it's not possible. You can pursue two-degree courses at the same time only if the modes are different, i.e. one is from distance and other is from regular mode.
