You need to get good marks in your 12th for the following subjects Maths,Physcis,Chemistry and Biology well over 195/200 in all the subjects. In the entrance exam also you need to get more than 92% to secure an admission for a good eng college of your choice.

Yes you can change your daughter into CBSE after completing this year of 3rd standard in Karnataka State Board. Get the respective TC and do the necessary formalities in CBSE.

wanted to go in network line?

if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage.
After CCNA u will be only a network person
if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE

IBs gurgaon is a decent college for MBA. and I thinik they accept MAT scores for admissions.
let me tell you that there are many good and great colleges under MAT but you need to consider that the following things about that School. I would strongly recommend you to visit the college and possibly enquire about the 3 different criteria
1. The course structure and recognition
2. The MBA course fee and affiliation
3. The Placements

Yes, chances of getting admission, scholarship highly increase if you apply as soon as the application portal opens because your would technically have LESS applicants to compete with. Maximum application volume is in round 2. So, naturally, if you apply in round 1 in the early application days, definitely chance of getting admission as well as scholarship highly increase.
