If you want to do Btech from UK then you can go for B Eng in the desired field however applications to degree programmes, including those from mature students, must be made through the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). You can apply through your school or college using the UCAS Apply system which enables you to apply directly through the UCAS website. I doubt if anyone can post the material you are seeking on the website. I would recommend you to buy self preparation books and try to crack the GRE. Some books that i would suggest are Kaplan GRE and The Princeton Review Crack the GRE. However, since the GRE pattern has changed, i would recommend waiting for the latest editions of the GRE from Kaplan and then buy that.

As there is no concrete information on Institutes providing "Train the Trainer" program in India it would difficult to give you name of any Institutes of repute in this category. Moreover, such trainings are mostly conducted by various HR Consultancy firm on the request of Big Corporate groups and MNC Companies. Few of which I could find is Knowledge Inc. India, Dale Carnegie Training India & Middle Earth Consultants.
