You are a bit late in taking the decision to for civil services. But dont worry still you have the ample time for the preparation. Fist of all you develope interest in the nationally and internationally important events.Keep on tracking the current affairs read the basics if Political science, history, geography from NCERT 10+2 books.As you are a science graduate you not required to study basics of science.
Most important decision is taking two subjects as your optional for mains and one that may be any one of the optionals of main examination. You have to find out your interesting subjects that you can score good marks.
There are already prescribed optionals and detailed syllabus prescribed by the UPSC that you can get from its website.
So decide your optionals start preparation. It will be a good option to one who hkeep in touch with any one who have already qualified civil services or join a professional coaching. Wish you all the best.

As Cosmetology is one of the newly introduced fields you would not find many Universities giving degree program so, it would be difficult to find many even in Madhya Pradesh. Few of the Universities are:

Under Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) ( the Preliminary Examination), the candidates will have to appear in two objective-type papers having special emphasis on testing their aptitude for civil services as well as on ethical and moral dimension of decision-making. Both these papers having equal weightage will be common to all candidates in place of the one common paper (general awareness) and one optional paper (any particular subject of choice) under the existing system which lays greater emphasis on subject knowledge.
Although, the only thing you have to keep in mind while preparing Civil Service Exam is hard work and perseverance but , as the Exam pattern is changing now instead of subject Knowledge you have to focus more on areas like decision making skills, logical and analytical abilities and the knowledge in the services in which you want to pursue your career i.e. IPS or IAS or IFS etc.
