Hi Ravi, commercial pilot being the most glamorous and exciting job in aviation, is highly rated and one of the most adventurous career which requires intensive training. This profession also demands dedication, patience, time. This lucrative job attracts many youngsters as it provides opportunity to travel around the globe.
To become a commercial pilot in India, one has to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed Plus Two with Physics and Mathematics and register at a flying club which is recognized by DGCA, Govt. of India. Registration requires a medical certificate, security clearance and a bank guarantee.
Next is Private Pilot License which includes sixty hours of flying. A CPL may be obtained only after a PPL has been acquired. To obtain a Commercial Pilots License 250 hours of flying is necessary. With the CPL, a pilot can take up any professional assignment.

2. Mariners holding the following professional qualification obtained after a minimum duration of study-cum-training of 6 years after 10+2 leading to:
a) Master Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
(OR)
b) First Class Motor or Steam or Combined (Chief Engineer) Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India or its counterparts in other countries.
Admission Test :
CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / JMET / TANCET scores will be accepted. If a candidate has not taken any of the above tests, he / she will be asked to appear for a test in Chennai.
Personal Interview / Group Discussion :
Personal interview / Group discussion will be held in the following locations: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / New Delhi / Calcutta / Ranchi.

As you have completed your civil engineering, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and gain relevant work experience.
After working for some years you will come to know in which field you actually wish to pursue your career, if you feel like working in technical line only than you can opt for Masters in Civil engineering or related fields, if you wish to work in management side you can opt for MBA.
And if you wish to pursue a course which is a blend of engineering and management subjects, in that case you can opt to pursue Masters in Engineering management.
With degree in civil engineering you can pursue masters in SCM and LSCM, but this course is mostly suited for IT professionals.
So with your profile, it would be always recommended for you to work for few years and then according to your interest you should select the course which best suits your profile.
