Now, you need to do is graduation in a field of your choice; because Bachelor degree is an eligibility criteria for clearing UPSC exams. Your BCA degree is far superior to GNIIT. Try to do some IT courses and get into some company which would give you work experience. I would recommend doing programming courses in .net or Java and Advance Java. Do some certifications in Java or .net also. GNIIT is a 2 years journey if an not mistaken and then you get some placement. Rather I would say invest 6 months - 1 year and learn one language properly and then start working.
