There is no cap on the number of attempts for the INI CET exam. The Common Eligibility Test (CET) is conducted twice a year, and the scores are valid for the next three years from the date of declaration of results. The best of CET scores will be considered as the current score of the candidate. However, for the Maharashtra Healthcare Technician (MHT-CET) exam, you can only attempt it three times. To be eligible for MHT-CET, you must have a domicile certificate of Maharashtra and rank above 40,000 or have a percentile above 70 in MHT-CET.

As such there are no government management institutes, except for IIMs, and they too are autonomous institutes, which offer PGDM. Yes, there are a lot of government universities which offer MBA program but according to me you should do MBA from a good institute like any autonomous institute or any good private university such as Christ University. For that you can give any of the exams among the two, you can get better college options if you give CMAT.
I hope this was useful to you.
