If you are a B.Sc. Student in biotechnology or any other biological sciences related fields, it is highly recommended that you pursue your M.Sc. The job opportunities for B.Sc. Graduates in a highly research oriented field as biotechnology is very less and most students tend to pursue their M.Sc. In Biotechnology or a specialised discipline of biotechnology. India is home to some excellent M.Sc. Programs such as JNU, DU, IISc, TIFR, IITs etc. With an M.Sc. Degree, most students tend to work in research labs and industries as research assistants. The pay package is also quite less for M.Sc. Graduates. Since India is still developing, it

Dear Ms. Malini,
MAT results will come by Feb 28. Even if they do not come, apply with MAT hall ticket number. You can apply to our programme and later update the admission test score. You can also appear for any number of admission tests and keep us updating the scores till you get a call for GD/PI. You will get a call for GD/PI only if your scores are above the cut-off as explained by Ms. Srikrupa. Wishing you the best.

Scholar-Level 17

It will be difficult to get a call from any of the NITs or any good MBA college at this score. This score is on the lower side. Score at least around 85-90 percentile which is required to get a call from NITs. Apart from that, a good performance in WAT-PI/GD-PI and good academic profile+work experience (if any) is favoured during MBA college admissions. You can try through other MBA entrance exams or you can try one more year for CAT.

Dear aspirant,
CAT has a very little chance of any decent college. Try for Jaipuria, GL Bajaj, Amity, SNAP, SIMC and SITM. You may get the pharma course at NMIMS Mumbai. PGDM is not possible unfortunately. Please note that MBA is a huge investment of time and money and you do it generally once. Hence, try to get the best college you can. I am sure that with better and more focused preparation, you can get into the 80 percentile tier which will enable you decent schools. In India, only the top 30-35 colleges are considered worthy to join and at your percentile, none of them will be accepting you. Hence, my advise would be to re-take the

Hello! Anyone who scores at least 50% aggregate marks in his/her graduation field can appear for the CAT exam. And as many reputed B-schools lay significant weight age to the academic scores i.e. 10th, 12th and graduation, the more one scores, the better for him/her. https://iimcat.ac.in/per/g01/pub/756/ASM/WebPortal/1/index.html?756@@1@@1#!
