Chances are there, K.J.Somaiya generally look for the profile. Students with good profile able to clear the selection. A good academic profile or work experience will surely enhance your chances of selection. Generally, a score around 90-95 percentile is good enough to easily make into it. You need to perform well in the What-GD-PI process. Put your focus on the next round of selection once you get the call. Good Luck :).

Applicants must take GRE and also TOEFL. Many dental schools require a preliminary evaluation process. If you are planning for the September intake, you must see if deadlines are still on, the process usually starts a year before the planned intake. Please check university websites for more details.

Out of these three colleges, IIFT is the best option to pursue UG in interior designing. You can also go for IILM School of Design (Gurgaon) if you are looking for a good college in Delhi/NCR as this is also one of the top colleges in India for interior design.
