You have to appear for the LEET Test for getting the lateral entry in the degree college. This way you will get the admission directly in the 2nd year.
Via AIEEE you will be getting the admission in the 1st year.

Hi,
Yes you can pursue MBA in HR management. However, UK is a more favorable destination for you as you have a 3 year degree whereas the degree requirement in majority of the universities in USA is a 4 year degree or equivalent.
I want to inquire a few things from your end. What is your percentage in your UG? Have you taken the GMAT or are planning to take the GMAT? What is your expected score in the same? Have you taken TOEFL or IELTS? Do you have any work experience? If you do, what have you been working as till date? Please let me know your reviews on UK as well.

There won't be a direct masters course in VLSI design but a masters in electronic engineering in VLSI design. You can apply to the following universities where you have a chance of admission with a 1060 GRE score.

r u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination
