Hello,
The CMAT cut-off of all good colleges is generally 80+ percentile, so it's pretty difficult to get a call at that score. I'd suggest you focus on the upcoming CET and aim for a good score.

For BSMS dual degree, you can apply for IISER's up to 1 year of drop. That is, you should have passed 12th in the year of admission or the year before. If you have passed before that, then, unfortunately, you can't apply. For Masters or Ph.D. courses, IISERs don't have their entrance exam.

No, NIT Trichy has very stringent norms like other NITs against racial discrimination or ragging. NIT Trichy being one of the premier institutions offering quality education has taken all measures to ensure no such incidents ever happen in its premises. IIT JEE Mains paper 2 marks have to submitted to get a rank list from the premier institution.

Hello Rajat,
MIT, Chennai gives admissions based on the criterias fixed by Anna University. Admissions in Tamil Nadu are primarily based on marks obtained in 12th standard and no entrance exam is conducted for this. However, prospective students have to register online on the portal of Anna University for TNEA. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about admission in MIT.

Look, both the countries are very good but if you are thinking to get a PR easily, then go for Canada after studying 2nd year of MS you will get 2 - 3 years of work permit and after that, you can apply for PR. Now, the education standards of USA is better than Canada.
