I just saw this question now. I know 2 years have passed and I'd be happy to understand your current stage of progress including academics, courses, hobbies and other interests to help you understand what in you can lead to game design and also what aspect of game design can suit you better. Also, in most cases a broader learning like a combination of graphics, multimedia, web design, vfx, 2d and 3d animation, can lead to a better preparation towards launching oneself into a gaming career. A specialization in Game Design is a useful addon afterwards. And just to state the facts, none of the famous game designers in the world today have done anything remotely linked to game design. That said, do not take it as a bar to entry, but to elucidate the fact that a broad learning is always necessary to get into a challenging career such as game design. Now let's go into the nitty gritty on Game Design. To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction. Usually in Games the environment is created in 3DSMax and Character animations in Maya, Only the models are made with less polygons and more textures. So choose a program that teaches you these software. It would not matter whether the programme is called game design programme or not. Rest, to become a level designer you must have a passion for game design. Also you must have passion for playing all kinds of games including card games, dice games, sports etc. The 3rd option is Game Design (it's different from Game Designer), where you design the game itself, i.e. what happens on each level, and how things go about as well as the base story of the game. It is a stage that you reach due to your vast knowledge and passion and even exceptional technical skills cannot help you reach. This is usually the story designer. May I ask, have you ever designed a game? Finally, to do game programming you would require knowledge of programming in which usually a BCA/ MCA would help. Typically game programmers usually would be knowing C, C+, Java, Android besides at least a Game Engine. As ISBM is not recognized by any of the Indian Education Council like UGC or AICTE, What value does this degree will hold in the Indian Job Market would be really a big question mark? However, as you dont have a graduate degree no UGC or AICTE recognized University will give you admission until and unless you have completed your education. So, the two options with you are that either you complete your graduation and then go for MBA or else opt for this programme.

Although there is no age limit for education but then the scenario is a little opposite in getting a good job opportunity but its not vague. One can secure a decent job option provided you are clear with concepts and have a good academic record.
Also keeping in mind that with just a graduate degree, the options would be rare and hence, it would be advised to team up your work along with a Masters degree in the similar field like a MCA through correspondence. You may refer to the following link:

There is no such authentic list of institutes that i can give you. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well. As suggested by Gomati, I would also agree to it that if you have good colleges in Hyderabad which fulfill all your requirements and are not very expensive then you should continue your education in Hyderabad itself. If you are looking for Colleges which are less expensive then I would suggest you to go for government colleges or those colleges which a government funded. In Hyderabad you can look for colleges under Osmania University, Kakatiya University, and Andhra University etc. few of the colleges which you can consider are: A C College, A J Kalasala, A.V.V Degree College, and Baptla College of Arts & Science etc.

It may not be possible on my end to provide you with the reference material as you can search for the same through the web or nearest book store. However the test would include multiple choice paper and there are going to be about 5 sections and these are:
Mathematics : +2 level with topics like Permutations and combinations/ Set theory/ Algebra and Matrices/ Calculus and Analytic Geometry/ Trigonometry etc.
Logical Reasoning: includes questions related to General analytical and reasoning abilities.
Basic Programming: like C/ C++
IT awareness: Computers, Peripherals, Software, and Internet. and
English in general.
