Well an MBA in Media is a very rare course and very few institutes offer this course. Rather I would suggest you to go for PG course in Media or in any of the domains of Media that it offers. Media is a very broad term and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, Film & T.V., Advertising, PR etc. As it will be difficult for me explain all its categories, I am providing you some article links, kindly go through them to get a better idea.

If you have done your B.Com from two different Universities i.e. 1st & 2nd year from UTS and 3rd year from VMU I don't think you should face any problem getting a private job, as rightly said by Girish you can always tell the company that your original degree is still awaited and once you get it you can submit it.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries.
Thanks,
Pooja

As you are working as a Graphic operator, it would be beneficial to opt for media & advertising instead of the other streams like HR or Operations (Mentioned by you in your previous query); as the two courses have no relation to your current career field. But then getting institutes that can possibly provide you Masters degree/ MBA in Media and advertising is a very rare option. You can however opt for the courses like PG Diploma in related streams or so. You can also go through the following links:
