Hi Sanchari,
Mass Comm is a very broad domain and has a lot to offer such as Journalism, Advertising, PR etc. As for film making I would like to say that it is also a part of Media/Mass Comm but leads to a different career altogether.
To start your career in film studies it is necessary for you to gain knowledge about the basic aspects of film making such as Direction, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So i would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. For more info you can refer to the following links

Greetings,
Taking into consideration your current work profile(Insurance & MLM), I opine that you opt for a Management Course with Marketing as your specialization as it will give you the required exposure which will increase your knowledge levels and add value to your CV.
Since you are working, you can either opt for the Distance mode or enroll for Part-time/Executive Management Program from a recognized Institute in your city.
Kindly revert back in case you need more info on above mentioned options.
I hope this helps you in taking the right decision. If yes, then please click on Thumbs Up or rate it as the Best Answer.

Ordinarily a pass in 10+2 level of any recognised Indian Board or University is a suitable qualification to take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test. Although the level of test is high.
A score in TOEFL – Test of English as a Foreign Language reflects the English Proficiency of a candidate in English. Generally this test is taken by a candidate who wants to study outside his/her native country especially where English is NOT the native language. No age bar given for this exam

Hi CP, PHP programming and civil engg. are of different to each other. You have to decide which one is better for you. Doing Diploma in civil engg. after having PHP course is not advisable. You cannot get advantage of doing diploma in civil engg. after having PHP course.
If salary is low now but it will be high according to your hard work and performance. You must do course/s according to your career goal. So, don't be confused.
