Requirements vary. Could you clarify what you mean by MHA? If you mean Health Administration you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field , some universities require work experience as well.

Hello, MMS you won't be shortlisted since the cut off was 99.75 percentile for all India exam last year. For PGDM, the cut off is usually in the range of 80 percentile, but they do consider extremely good profiles with a lower score. It seems dicey, but you can hope.
