Joshi sir don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. So I would suggest, better to study Computer Science engineering. If you want to

Dear Anil,
The fees, other than in Germany, is more or less the same in all countries, as far as full free ship goes the only country offering it to my knowledge is USA, where if you qualify you will get the entire course free including stay and travel. The competition for this will be very high, the next choice is Germany where fees and living costs are low and if you have above 75% in BE then you can try for scholarship where the fees can be waived off.

Hello Ashwani, The relaxation offered for the reserved category students in FMS is the same that is offered in any college having reservations. The same percentage of seats is reserved for the category students and the same leverage is given. Also, the cutoffs vary every year and there would not be any specific percentile that can guarnatee you admission in FMS. At this point of time, I will suggest you to focus on CAT and score as much as you can. All the best.
