While I certainly support the list of the universities mentioned above, I do feel that your academics in your undergrad, GRE & TOEFL besides your strong letter of recommendations & statement of purpose fetches you scholarships. The scholarships comes in different forms at universities at Masters level:
Research Assistant ship
Teaching Assistant ship etc.
The RA & TA is awarded to academically promising students.

It depends on the stream you chose. Freshers get paid an avg of 6. But then again it depends if your stream is Hr, in which case it will be lesser. But not always is the case as in some cases here have been that freshers in finance have got a package of 8. So its all down to you and how you perform in the interviews.

The average salary offered is around 6.5lpa. We had Freshers bagging in 11lpa packages as well. So it all depends on your performance in the final interview.

As BMM is an under-graduate course, you must have completed 12th or should have done an equivalent course to that. If you meet both the criteria, then you can appear for the entrance tests for BMM course and get admission in the same course.
