Hello Sakshi,
You may apply August onwards of the year 12th i.e. high school senior year through common application, University of California system of application, State University of New York portal or Apply Texas for universities in Texas for undergraduate degree. Remember to have the SAT & TOEFL around the same time & have SAT subject test etc. done too in case the university requires before the deadlines in November & December/January.

There are many options available but I would suggest you to go for digital marketing field. Since, you are from commerce background, a BBA degree would be best for you. These days, companies need professionals who can help them in developing their business, increase their leads, sales and profits and looking at the current marketing scenario, almost every brand, service and company is adopting for digital marketing. There are wide positions in the job market that you can fit into once you are trained. As of now, the only institute I know offering this course is UTM Shillong.
