actually cbse is the board which every one prefers and the questions are known that it would come from ncert books.cbse books i.e.,ncert books are the best for any medical preparation. from my view cbse board will be better. if a person is unable 2 clear cbse board then he prefers nios as it is easier 2 score in nios.yes, nios will make a student weak as it is an open board and der r no classes held for particular nios board or its syllabus.der is also no preboard xams in nios, directly boards.dats really risky.
