Keeping in mind your prior qualifications, I think Advertising and PR would be the right choice for you, though the option rest in your hand!
Advertising and PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the media world. Advertising field requires a lot of creativity and innovation. In advertising one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now for PR I would say that it requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. A PR is basically the face of the organization and is responsible for all the client meetings and getting business for the organization, so one has to be really convincing and of course PR pays "well".

Hi Vishal, RPET 2012 - Rajasthan Pre Entrance Test is conducted by Rajasthan Technical University, KOTA on behalf of Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan.
It is admission test for Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses offered in technical institutions of Rajasthan at under graduate level.
Both, government aided and private unaided technical institutes of Rajasthan accept the merit ranking of RPET 2012 for admission into various programs.
Eligibility Criteria :
A pass in 10 + 2 of Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan or any other examination recognized as equivalent to 10 + 2 of Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan by Board of Technical Education Rajasthan is a primary requirement for appearing in RPET entrance examination.

Both the courses you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech are good course to pursue as both of them offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
After going through your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
Before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
