hi sai!
If you want to be complete Finance Professional go for CA.
If you want to excel in management accounting go for ICWA.
Each one has its own merits they just can't be compared to say one is better than other.
what is more important is whatever degree you have and how best you can prove it in the market is what will make difference.
CA is better since there are more oppurtunities for a Chartered accountant than a cost accountant. CA is more marketable and is in much more demand. In that sense it is better than ICWA.
Choose according 2ur own interest .
