Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
- Getting a better quality of education.
- Improves career opportunities.
- Broaden international experience.
- Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:

- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.

Good to know that you have decided to study in Germany for your Master's.
The first thing that clicks my mind is how would your experience of working at Infosys could be corelated to your degree ?
The answer could you, if you choose program such as Computational Mechanics (which is an amalgamation of Compute+Mechanical) engineering, where in you study subjects such as Computational Fluid mechanics, fluid dynamics, Solid state mechanics.and so on.
These engineers are in great demand in Automobile sector, production as well as designing sector.
