Do your BA in Journalism & Mass Communication. If you dont like it, change to MBA. You wont lose anything because 70% of management skill is in any case communication But you'll have to pursue your BAJMC from a good university like Jamia or SIMC, Pune or Nitte University, Mangalore. Any way dont pay more than Rs.2 lakh for the total course anywhere.
Pursue BAJMC only where it is a full fledged mass communication course like in the universities mentioned and not mixed with psychology, communicative english etc. Remember in BBA they cover very little depth anyway and you don't pick up any skills like you do in BAJMC,

Hi Shahbaz,
I would say not to go for any IT related course as you have done hospitality and hotel admistration. Develop your soft skills and try in hotel industry.
All the best.
