As per your query, it seems that you have completed your graduation in computer science, so as per your profile, you may consider pursuing:
1. Masters degree in computer science.
2. MBA.

Hi,
You may consider UK, to pursue MBA, there are many good universities in UK, which offers MBA.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

As per your query, it seems that you have completed your graduation with 56% marks in October due to backlog, then as per your profile you may surely pursue MBA.
