As you are opting for a UG course, you will have to apply through UCAS portal. In order to be eligible for top Universities in the UK you should ideally have 70%+ in your 10th and 12th. You need to sit for IELTS/TOEFL exam and should ideally have a score of 6+/90+, respectively. As far as scholarships are concerned, every University has its own criteria for scholarships (These are known as internal scholarships). Additionally, you can apply for external scholarships offered by Organizations, trusts etc. Do let me know in case you have any further queries. Happy to help!
