Keeping in mind this years JEE Main paper analysis, and last years cut offs, you can expect a rank between 41000- 50000.

A-Category (Convenor Quota)
70% of the seats are filled by the Convenor, EAMCET under category A. Detailed notifications are issued by the State Council for Higher Education to attend certificate verification and exercise web options. Final allotments are announced through portal to both candidates and the respective colleges. Candidates need to report to the college within the dates specified. All the students who are eligible for fee reimbursement have to submit relevant documents during web counselling. Reimbursement is subject to the government policies, eligibility criteria and submission of relevant documents in time.
B-C

Admission Procedure
Admission to engineering colleges in Rajasthan is done through RPET (Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test) followed by counseling with eligibility to clear class XII.
RPET is a single exam of 3 hour duration containing 40 objective type questions in Physics, Chemistry and Maths each. There is no negative marking for wrong answer.
Apart from RPET admission to some institutes is done through AIEEE and BITSAT (for BITS – Pilani).

Even with just tool knowledge there would be processing centres working on images - for e.g. photography processing houses and printers who require such talent. As you are opting for a UG course, you will have to apply through UCAS portal. In order to be eligible for top Universities in the UK you should ideally have 70%+ in your 10th and 12th. You need to sit for IELTS/TOEFL exam and should ideally have a score of 6+/90+, respectively. As far as scholarships are concerned, every University has its own criteria for scholarships (These are known as internal scholarships). Additionally, you can apply for external scholarships offered by Organizations, trusts etc. Do let me know in case you have any further queries. Happy to help!
