If it is not very essential for you to continue with your job and if you cannot take out 2 years in between then I suggest you go for MBA through regularm ode of education. Otherwise opt for Par-time MBA , which would be of 3 years duration. The last option would be through distance education, which will be of 1.5 or 2 years duration. Since you have worked in power plant you can also opt for Operations as your specialization subject.

I think Pranay there seems to be an error in your question. You have mentioned Diploma and IIT. I think you want to know if it is preferable to do Diploma or ITI. If that is so then please note that diploma is preferable to ITI

Hi Shweta, as Mr. Piyush has already said if you can't wait then you should select IMT Hyderabad. But if you can wait then you should wait for other colleges. You can do job for one year after your graduation and along with that you can prepare well for your competitive exams as well as can apply in some other institutes. Hence you will be having enough time for your preparation and possibility of getting good colleges will be more.
