Yes there is good scope in IT field , but you also have to go for professional degree in this line to make good future in this line , Professional degree in this line give a professional look to your carrer and helpful to make better future and easily to get good job in this line

Keeping in mind this years JEE Main paper analysis, and last years cut offs, you can expect a rank above 150000+
Some of the colleges you can try for are:
Amity University Haryana, Gurgaon
Delhi Technical Campus, Bahadurgarh
Jagannath University, Haryana
Maharishi Markandeshwar Engineering College, Mullana-Ambala, Haryana
etc.
(This is as per last year closing ranks)
However, a lot may vary on the branch that you wish to pursue.

By MIT, It seems you are interested in Maharashtra Institute of Technology. In order seek admission in MIT, you need get a good rank in JEE Mains. Last years JEE Mains cut off for MIT was 681.
