A good idea would be to search out for available guides and their areas of interests. If the area of interest matches with your area of interest, gently approach him with your ideas. Conduct a literature survey before you approach any person and have an idea of what you plan to do.

I have mentioned the GDPI process in detail below for your easy reference. However, i would like to inform you that irrespective of your course MMS & PGDM students sit together for placements. With your CET score, try only for PGDM and work extremely well for your GDPI. There are two Rounds of personal interview (PI):
a) Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge and look into your overall understanding.
2
b) Competency based In Interview: Competency or behavioral interviews are based on the idea that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. The interviewer will want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated particular behaviors.

Revathy, you can go for NIFT or Pearl Academy. However, do read a little more about the field of design before you move ahead. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reali
