BULMIM when compared to other colleges with respect to location, ROI , Placements and Extra curricular activities ,is far more better .If you talk in terms of ROI then i would say its worth going for this college , the fee is 480000 for the complete course and you also get free books and a laptop , which i guess is better compared to other colleges in the same category . Also in terms of extra curricular activities and programs such as intercultural learning program , where students form Vorarlberg university Austria come to India and the Indian and the Austrian students work on a project at BULMIM , compared to other colleges BULMIM offers you a lot in terms of learning compared to the fee charged .

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is the Indian governmental regulatory body for civil aviation under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. This directorate investigates aviation accidents and incidents.

Construction Industry Development Council, jointly with Assam University, Silchar, Assam is offering diploma in Mechanical engineering. All the programs are on offer, both in traditional (Contact) mode of education, as well as the Distance Mode using open learning pedagogy.
Eligibility for these course is-10th Class/ITI or CIDC Vocational Certified. For further information check the Website- www.cidc.in.
Another alternative is you can opt for doing AMIE from Institute of Engineers. It is a course of repute. The Institution of Engineers (India) conducts an examination that qualifies a candidate as an Associate Member of the IEIL.
The AMIE (I) is considered on par with B.E / B.Tech degrees for competitive exams like the Civil Services, Engineering Services, GATE, and for placement in government, the public and private sectors. There are 2 sections, namely Section A and Section B, in this examination. Section A is common for all candidates aspiring to acquire an AMIE (India). Under Section B, a particular discipline of engineering has to be chosen from among the streams offered. It may have study centers near your city.

I would love to understand the motivation you have to study BCA even though you chose commerce earlier. Since that is where the answer would lie. Was it because you like computers? Is it because you want to learn Database? Is it because you want to design websites? Let's find the motivation first and then the route. In no time you'll be able to sort out your career in this manner. Wish you the best for your career. Neetu, There are the fields of Vision and Design you can also look at. Vision requires an ability to absorb knowledge and find new perspectives. Then the perspectives must be presented either as a Story or as a Commentary/ Documentary. This can also be translated into a New Product, a New Game, a Live Film, an Animation, or a New Graphic/ Illustration. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly.
