MBA and M.Sc both are separate courses. One offers you a generalist management degree whereas the other offers you a specialist Masters. Your choice would depend a lot on your interest areas and career aspirations. If you are keen on doing research / technical /teaching / scientist / manufacturing / quality role then go for M.Sc and if you are keen on sales / marketing / operations / customer service then pursue MBA.

Hi Rajat,
You did not mention if you are from science, arts or commerce stream. Choose the subject or program basis your interests, aptitude and career plans. I will advice you to research more on career outcomes of various subjects in your branch, see what interests you and meets your career goals. Talking about money, you have to arrange loans or check for scholarships. Many government schemes are also available.
