Almost, all the seats will be filled by 60K rank, if you want, you can try from management quota where you can get admission in any branch and any campus where the fee structure will be of category 5. If you can afford to study, you can take admission in VIT.

It is very difficult to get admission in Anna University for Bachelors in architecture degree with 117 marks in NATA exam. People with 150+ marks occupy the seats of this college in architecture. Try some other private colleges.

Well, there is not particular qualifying cutoff in MET 2019, it just depends on your rank which decides which branch you can get. This is the first time negative marking has been introduced, so cutoffs may vary a lot. If you think that you had could've done better, I would suggest you to give another attempt of it.

Your rank is quite good but you may be well aware that getting CSE in a good NIT or IIIT at this rank is quite tough. I would suggest you go for newer NITs or IIITs like IIIT-Jabalpur, etc. In Maharashtra, you can try for home state NITs.
