There is no fixed percentage to get admission at NITs as it varies every year. You may try in the counselling to get a seat at the colleges you wish for with your scores in JEE exam.

To take up architecture course a candidate needs to qualify in NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2 exam. Candidates from the following background can take up NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2 exam:
Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination; (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).
