Please note that all the regular college running MCA needs AICTE approval. If the college is not approved by AICTE than either they are running the Distance Education course or giving some Pvt certificate. All the company prefers the candidate from regualar mode of study . So, if you are doing the course in full time basis it is better to join AICTE approved college. If you are not able to join the regular programme than only explore the option of joining part time or correspondence. Please note that in the private sector specially in IT Industry your knowledge of the subject is more imporatnt than the certificate.

if you want an IIT for sure, i would suggest you to take one year drop and prepare rather than joining a college and prepare side by side because the burden of studies in college is also not that low. and believe me, an IIT name in CV is worth 1000 other points one mentions.

Instead of doing MBA after B.Sc why don't you continue with your technical studies and do M.Sc. As far as MBA is concerned you can do it even after M.SC or even after you get a job. At that tme you will be in a better position to select the specialization subject in your MBA.
