Hi,
To be a Networking Engineer, you need to opt for B.E/B.TECH in a relevant discipline and for the same, you need to sit for Engineering entrance exams.
Besides, you can consider short term courses such as Cisco Certifications or JAVA.
You can also join GNIIT course which includes your complete knowledge of computer from basic to advance. For Networking line one must have to have knowledge of LAN and WAN.
