Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

I doubt it.Moreover,if the compartment result will be out before the last date of online counseling form filling then you can wait because the general criteria requires a candidate to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
