Dear Bulbul,
Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
For comparison of doing MBBS in USA, UK and India as compared to Russia, read the following article

Hi,
It is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then pursue MBA, the advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
Feel free to discuss more.
Click on the thumbs up, if you found this useful.
All the Best.

MBA in one year can be done only through some exclusive Executive MBA courses but for that one needs to have relevant work experience of at least 2 or 3 years. Otherwise it is a 2 year course.
