After competing 12th from arts stream, you may pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
BA (English)
BA (Philosophy)
BA (History), and related courses.
Please remember since pursuing education abroad involves a huge investment of time and money, so a proper research should be done to select the best universities offering course of your interest.
You should not simply pursue education abroad just for the sake of going abroad, because not all the universities abroad are good.

Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

It is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then pursue MBA, the advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
