Hi Nilanjan,
Switching careers is not advisable.
If you are pursuing Civil Engineering, you need not leave the course in the mid way.
Instead, look for a distance education in Mass Communication at the same time.
And then later on opt for a PG course in Mass Communication.
However, the eligibility criteria may be different for different institutes.
You need to check with the institutes.
Some may require you to be a Mass Comm graduate, while others look for graduation degree in any field.
Having a diversified range range of opportunities to choose from, a degree in Mass Communication opens doors to Journalism, Production, Advertising, Anchoring
