Write a mail to them at admissions@geu.ac.in. You have to contact them at least 5-6 times for the letter because this was the similar case with me. I have contacted them on at least 5-6 times regarding the letter but they were not responsive. After that, I wrote a disappointment letter and mailed them. You should also do that if you want your letter as soon as possible.

To learn Sanskrit language you should follow the steps given below- study Sanskrit daily for a minimum of two hours with no distractions. - read and listen to the news in Sanskrit. - read Sanskrit stories, hear Sanskrit shlokas and say aloud. - converse in Sanskrit with someone who is fluent in the language. - try translating small sentences to Sanskrit
