Hello Rohit! Generally in any B-school, the companies check your performance(both academic and extra-curricular) during your two year MBA program and give more importance to them. Some companies might consider your past academic scores, while some may not. So it depends from company to company.

As you have secured 91.66% in boards than you can take direct admission without any test or interview and as your percentage is more than 88%, you'll have to pay just 50% of the tuition fee. You can try for IIT. You will be benefited by the reservation quota and you might get a lower branch in one of the newer IITs. So, try for these but don't be dependent only on IITs. Go for counselling for other colleges too.

I've heard Ferguson is good but from this year on they've been really strict about attendance. So, if you are planning to go for classes I wouldn't advise Fc. Sir Parshuram Bhau College (SP College) is also a good college.
