Vast difference, Maharashtra board's syllabus is merely an introduction of the topic, no background history, no further application whereas CBSE board uses a step by step approach for any topic.
You will see that all the government exams have their syllabus based on NCERT books (i.e. CBSE books), that is because it gives right amount of knowledge to the child at the right time.
More importantly, the language usage of CBSE books is far easier to decipher as compared to that of Maharashtra State Board.

LPU is the greatest place to go for high-quality education and job placement in all programmes. In an MBA programme, LPU has a very good placement record. One of my classmates completed an MBA in HR at LPU and was hired as an Executive HR in a multinational corporation. In addition, I believe you should not be concerned about the placements. Any company visiting the campus would be pleased to hire you if you work hard in class and learn everything you can. However, you must not overlook the importance of honing your communication abilities, as employers will assess this during the interview process. LPU provides numerous possibilities

Hello Arshad,
It is totally up to you if you want to take a second drop, you can. But then you will have to work harder than the first two times and make sure that you won't end up getting same marks again. In my opinion, most of the aspirants who take a drop more than once are bound to improve their scores the reason being that they already the concepts in the back of their minds, what they need to do is immense practice. Remember one thing the choice is yours. All the best!
