Brochure of this college may lead you better. But I think you should apply for domicile in your block. It will hardly take 15 days or a few more.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So there is no wat to get any college for CSE based on JEE Mains. You may get admission in any private college in the basis of 12th score.
