Besides engineering you may go for medical. But to get chance to take admission in medical is difficult as number of seat is much limited. Still if you are interested in medical study then you should try for it. To take admission in medical you have to appear in medical entrance examination. There is medical entrance examination in a state level. It is proposed that one common medical entrance examination will be there throughout the country. B.Sc is 3 year under graduate course and to get admission in this course you need to complete your 12th from science stream. To get admission in B.Sc, you have to score at least 50% marks in your intermediate examination.
The eligibility criteria vary from colleges to colleges, but if you have scored minimum 50% marks in your 12th from science stream, then you are eligible to get admission in B.Sc.

No, the possibility of getting NIT with 67 marks is too rare. For getting admission in nits one needs a very high score to clear the cutoffs. So, it is really hard, hence leave your hopes.

NIT/IIT after completion of your Diploma course because NIT/IITs does not offer lateral entry admissions to B.Tech course. Only candidates who had completed 12th standard from a recognised board and those who had secured good rank in JEE Mains and Advanced examinations are eligible to get admission in NIT/IITs. Since, you had not pursued 12th standard, being a Diploma holder, you cannot get admission in B.Tech course in NIT/IITs.
